I’m sorry I’ve been MIA. I’m sorry there has been NO food in the last way too long. I’m sorry that I’m failing as a blogger and that you’ve probably removed me from your email notifications.

I just moved into an apartment – and have Pinterest crafts to share with you soon! – and started grad school yesterday.
I’m in that awkward funk where I feel like a lost puppy, trying to make friends and figure out where I’m supposed to go. I had to ask TWICE where the girl’s locker room is, and I almost ran to catch the bus. I had a harsh realization in class that I have 3 more years of this torture until I can become what I’ve dreamed of: a registered dietitian.
In the meantime, food will be my outlet. I will cook and share it with you. Lately, I’ve been living off of salads, ice cream, pasta, quesadillas, and take-out. None of those foods are blog worthy. But it will all change soon, just bear with me.
In the meantime, some chocolate recipes to get you through? To transition from summer to school, or summer to fall, or just to hold your hand while my other recipes are in the works?
