I have a secret.
This is the secret to good cookies. Not melted cookies. Not pudding cookies. Or ice cream cookies. Or whatever you want to call it when the cookies run together and form some sort of melted, indiscernible blob.
Refrigeration. Seriously. I have seen this over the years but, due to my stubbornness, pushed on without refrigerating my cookies. And then I did it. I needed to impress some people at my work, so… I made good, solid, delicious cookies after waiting an hour or so for them to refrigerate.
And now you know the secret, too. Now, go be free. Make these cookies.
