I’m alive. Barely.
Seriously, this whole biochemistry thing is getting old. Whenever I think I’m ahead of the game, I realize I am nowhere near ready to take that test or on track for studying for it.
On another dreary note, this weather? Come on, Mother Nature. You’re killing me here. I’m ready for warm weather, dresses, peaches, lemonade, anything but this freezing madness. All I want to eat is macaroni and cheese and chocolate with this cold weather.
And apparently mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt. Sadly, my freezer has the “frost biting curse” and this bad boy was seriously frost bitten after only an hour or so (even though the middle hadn’t even frozen yet) but I feel confident that your freezers are way better than mine. So, enjoy. Pretend it’s 80°F outside and it’s summer and you just got back from the beach. Or pool. Or tropical island.
Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt
1 c plain Greek yogurt (or chocolate or vanilla!)
1/8 tsp (couple drops) peppermint extract
1/4 c chocolate chips
Green food coloring
1. Combine all.
