Lazy Girl Stir Fry

So the man and I have been looking into foods and drinks that are good for your looks. Good for your hair, nails, and skin. Wanna join?

Strawberries have vitamin C, which promote collagen and fight against wrinkles, tea reduces skin damage from sun, raisins for good gum health, and walnuts to help with dry skin.

And here are some drinks for you:

Grapefruit juice for smooth skin, alcohol to ward of Alzheimer’s disease, cocoa for a healthier heart (win!), green tea to help against inflammation, soymilk for firmer skin, coffee to protect against skin cancer, and water for better breath.

Oh, and here’s a stir fry for lazy people. Like me. Sometimes you need healthy food in a crunch. This is just for you.

Lazy Girl Stir Fry

1/2 container tofu, pressed and cubed
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 kale leaves, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 c chopped carrots
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp blackened steak seasoning

1. Saute tofu in olive oil until slightly crispy, then add remaining ingredients and cook until slightly softened.
