Mango Strawberry Tahini Smoothie

What if you ate healthy food for 3 weeks straight?

Would your hair be shinier? Your skin softer? Would your clothes fit better and your mood be elevated and your stomach feel better?

Probably. Now, I’m sharing this smoothie with you because it is a detox smoothie. I do, however, have to warn you… It’s not the most delicious. Maybe because I’m not a huge tahini person. Maybe because my tahini went bad (is that a thing?) or maybe because all I wanted for breakfast was cereal. Anyway, if you want to embark on this detox with me, I wanted to share my minor change to the smoothie provided.

Mango Strawberry Tahini Smoothie
Adapted slightly from Whole Living

1/2 c chopped mango
3 strawberries
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 c water

Blend all.

    Hahaha I hope you get all of the above! (Shinier hair, softer skin, etc.) Did you just buy your tahini? I think I remember you saying somewhere that it was oily on top and solid on the bottom and forgot to comment that that means you should stir it up! It should be the consistency of natural peanut butter. Anyway, props again for embarking on this detox!! I really hope you have a good experience!!
