I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of adding oats into smoothies, but they are the perfect thickener. Plus, because they are blended, they are more easily digested that raw oats.
Don’t like the greenness? Remove the spinach! Add some berries! Or some peanut butter (my roommate’s favorite).
1/4 c spinach
3 large strawberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 c old-fashioned oats
1/3 c plain soymilk
