Sometimes I get hungry.
Okay, that’s a lie. I’m often hungry. Being a blogger and reading blogs and wasting my life on Pinterest all the time (pinning countless cake and cookie recipes that I know will likely never be made due to my inability to stop after
four one cookie) means that I look at food frequently, which provokes the hunger pangs.
Sometimes I get so hungry that I take blurry pictures. So, please excuse [my dear Aunt Sally.. just kidding. I had to. If you didn’t catch that nerdy reference, you clearly didn’t go through elementary school] my blurry photos.
The cool thing about this wrap, though, is 1) it’s super fast and easy and 2) it’s full of protein. And now that I am back in the gym, I am well (or better) deserving of protein.
PS: Please forgive my TERRIBLE picture taking skills. Seriously. This whole daylight savings craziness means that I’m using my phone and really cool photo apps BUT it also means that I’m using a phone camera and not a camera camera. Aka. Blurry pictures.
Avocado Egg Salad Wrap
Adapted from Never Home Maker
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1/8 tsp dried dill
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 whole wheat wrap
1. Mash together eggs, avocado and cottage cheese.
2. Add dill, red pepper and black pepper.
3. Spoon into a wrap and wrap up. Then.. nom.
