Hyper Monkey Overnight Oats

It’s crunch time.

The storm before the calm (..?). The couple weeks before Thanksgiving break when teachers pile it on. You should grab yourself a candle, some tea, and these oats.

We all know how much I love oats. It’s an extreme amount. I would honestly have THE greatest breakfast shop, people. Between the pancakes and the oats and the scones, it would rock. Put a little espresso in your oats. Make it memorable.

Hyper Monkey Overnight Oats

1/3 c old-fashioned oats
1/3 c plain yogurt
1/3 c chocolate soymilk
1 1/2 tsp espresso granules
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 banana, sliced

1. Combine all except banana in a container. Cover and sit in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, add bananas and heat in microwave for 1 min if desired.
