8th Wonder Spice Baked Tofu

Well, I finished the first season of 90210. I have no life. And it’s just in time for the second season of… wait for it…

NEW GIRL. Heck to the yes. For real, people. Best. Show. Ever. I want to be Zooey’s friend SO badly. Please please please? Can’t I be best friends with Zooey and neighbors with Giada?

But anyway. I thought you might need something healthy to counterbalance your pancakes from yesterday. Here’s a salad with some tofu.

This spice is the bomb. It’s so flavorful and great (probably) for meats but even better on tofu. Because tofu is awesome. Especially this black soybean tofu from Whole Foods. Buy 2 get $1.50 off. Uh, yes please.
