This spice is the bomb. It’s so flavorful and great (probably) for meats but even better on tofu. Because tofu is awesome. Especially this black soybean tofu from Whole Foods. Buy 2 get $1.50 off. Uh, yes please.
8th Wonder Spice Baked Tofu
2 tbsp 8th Wonder Spice Blend
1 tbsp Italian style bread crumbs
2 tsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp olive oil
6 oz firm tofu, sliced and pressed
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine breadcrumbs, yeast and spice blend.
3. Brush olive oil on tofu and press into bread crumb mixture.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway in between.
