I have found a way to cope with school.
People who attend more school and get higher degrees earn more money. While I don’t need to be a multimillionaire, or even a millionaire for that matter, I have decided that with all this education I am receiving (and as long as I work hard), I can have this shower and this kitchen.
But anyway, on a food-related note, these are the cutest, yummiest little peppers. They’re bite-sized stuffed peppers. I hate stuffed peppers because they just fall apart and make a mess. But these you can pick up and there is no mess and all the contents stay inside.
Mini Couscous Stuffed Peppers
3 mini peppers, tops removed
1/2 c couscous
1/3 c cheese
1. Boil peppers for about 3 minutes.
2. Cook couscous according to directions.
3. Combine couscous with cheese.
4. Stuff couscous mixture into peppers and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350°F.
