I love overnight oats. They are super versatile and easy and the best part is? They take less than 2 minutes to make in the mornings because you make it at night. Perfect for running-late-to-class days.
I’ve just stumbled upon dark chocolate almond milk. Helloooo, delicious. It provides just enough flavor in these oats and it’s pretty healthy. I love the little Halloween candy bars, especially almond joys. So why not have one for breakfast??
Almond Joy Overnight Oats
1/3 c dark chocolate almond milk
1/3 c old-fashioned oats
1/3 c plain yogurt (or chocolate! yumm)
1/4 c coconut
Topping: nuts (I used walnuts, but almonds would be good, too)
1. Combine all.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. In morning, heat in microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
