Sun-Dried Tomato and Artichoke Pizza

Last night I watched A Cinderella Story with one of my best friends. Like, one of those old-time, best friends from when you were 8 years old and running around in sprinklers and you know each other’s secrets about boys and drama and hopes and dreams.

She and I also occasionally throw massage parties. They’re great. Why go to a frat party where your favorite flats become soaked in beer and you want to throw up half of the next day when you can have a massage party, relieve any pressure and tension in your neck, shoulders and lower back, and leave with dry flats and wake up perfectly happy?

Anyway, remember Hillary Duff? Or, better yet, remember Lizzie McGuire? Those were the days. I am now on a Hillary Duff kick. I used to love her song Come Clean and it is the perfect mixture of broody and hopeful. Yes, Hillary. You sang my anthem back in the day.

Nothing screams girls night like homemade pizza and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Duh. So, that is precisely what we did. Do you need a girls night? Or, if you are a guy, a bro night? Break out the beer and sports? Yeahh. No judgment from here.
