You know how I do these crazy weird workouts? Well, if you don’t, I do these crazy weird workouts. They’re really intense and make me look like I have way too much testosterone and I walk around the gym and do weird things like jump on boxes and handstand pushups.
I’m pretty sure I am one of about 5 girls in the entire school who bench presses. And I am not about to sign up for some competition with a bunch of sweaty dudes in compression shirts.
Instead, I just want to make and eat lots of pancakes. Lots of bench pressing = lots of wiggle room for pancakes, right?
Peanut Butter Buttermilk Pancakes
From Lime Cake
1/2 c flour
1/2 c buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg white
Giant scoop peanut butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Mix dry.
2. Whisk peanut butter and buttermilk together until smooth. Pour into dry ingredients.
3. Make pancakes.
4. Top with bananas, cinnamon, and applesauce.
