Dried Fruit and Cinnamon Oatmeal

I’m a cereal girl. Every single morning I eat cereal. Even Sundays, because pancakes are eaten as a lunch or dinner those days.
But. I was feeling adventurous. I had some extra time and it was a chilly morning and I made some oatmeal. Then, I added my favorite dried fruit: apricots.
THEN I added a whopping dose of cinnamon to bump up the flavor and it was delicious and I felt like a mature adult who gets up in the mornings and makes herself breakfast.
Then I paid my internet bill and decided I want to be sixteen again…
