Spinach Walnut Pesto Pasta

I love pesto.

You can add anything green and leafy to any kind of nut, blend it, and call it pesto. Usually, the only things I have on hand are spinach or kale and walnuts or almonds.


Spinach walnut pesto. Blend ‘er up, add some oil, parmesan, garlic and salt, and you got yourself a pesto. Then, add it to your favorite kind of pasta and put whatever you want in there. Peas? You got it? Artichokes? Even better. Onions? Go for it.

This is your day. Make that pesto however you want.

Is this blurry? Woah. Sorry. I was just really hungry…

I’m not adding a recipe, people. Pesto isn’t about perfection. It’s about being delicious.
