Four Bean Salad

Shoo.

These beans off da rocka. You don’t even know.

Tangy, sweet, crunchy, smooth. This salad is quick and easy and a total crowd pleaser.

Got ten minutes? Make this. Plus: it makes a TON. So, bring it to a party. Is this acceptable party food? Maybe that’s why I’m blogging on a Friday night…

Four Bean Salad

1 can green beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can wax beans, drained and rinsed
1 can lima beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion
1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Salt and pepper

Mix all! Refrigerate for a few hours before serving (preferably 12 hours!).
